Little Wolf by R. Cooper (it's chonky but I'm halfway through! :D Love it so far!) a werewolf fated mates m/m romance novel, and have not made any progress on You're a Mean One, Matthew Prince for a while, which I should do something about because that's a library book.
Just finished Secret Admirer by DJ Jamison (m/m romance) and am now excited to start A Rival For Rivingdon by JA Rock and Lisa Henry (historical m/m romance and the third book in the series but the first one I'm reading because I got it in a giveaway and I hope it'll still work, lol).
I just finished Coffee, Milk & Spider Silk by Coyote JM Edwards which was good but way too short to get invested in really (its only 75 pages). It was about a spider lady who retires from being a cop and opens a coffee shop in a modern day city that is home to fantasy people (dryads, minotaurs etc). The author has another book set in the same universe but with different characters - a pink slime who opens a candy store - so I will probably pick that up but it is also super short (77 pages). still want to read it though!
Finished Prince of The Sorrows by Kellen Graves finally and I enjoyed it. It also ended on a cliffhanger of sorts and I am distressed. How are we going to get out of this one? But seriously, it was a lot of fun and I want the main couple to overcome the obstacle between them and make it.
Going to be starting One Night in Hartswood by Emma Denny next and I'm looking forward to it.
I'm reading (well, listening to) Attention Span by Gloria Mark. It's interesting so far, and promises to have some solutions for our decreasing attention spans in the latter part of the book... we'll see about that! My biggest complaint is that I don't like the narrator for the audiobook version... the text is already pretty dry, and boy is the voice not helping!
I'm reading "The Happily Ever After Bookstore" By Bernadette Marie. The writing is okay and a little choppy, but it's a contemporary romance that will be a fairly quick read. I'm a sucker for a bookstore centric novel so I had to give a shot. :)
Currently reading Our Wives Under the Sea by Julia Armfield, which is very intriguing. It's dual first person POV, and while I am a first POV hater, I find the first person really works.
Still listening to Such Sharp Teeth by Rachel Harrison. I really like the pacing.
