[Countdown] October Review-a-Thon 2024

The review-a-thon is almost upon us! I'm going to be starting us off on Oct 1 (eep) with a review of... a book, as you might have surmised. We're all really clever here, and so we have connected those dots. There's gonna be book reviews! I'm really excited! :DDD

And sign-ups are still open! They don't close until Oct 21; every day has now been claimed! But you're definitely still welcome to claim more XD

Remember, you can claim up to 5 days, days can be claimed by multiple people (even when there are free days, you don't need to prioritize those; go for the day(s) that work best for you), you can drop a claim at any time, you can add more claims at any time, and there's no penalty for not posting a review on your claimed day. Late reviews or, if you decide, no reviews, are fine.

And you don't need to claim a day to post a review in October! booknook is open to reviews 24/7 and that won't change even during this event. Claiming is just meant to make it more Official™ in case, like me, you enjoy Fake Internet Deadlines™ and a sense of Doing Things Together™ <3

So excited for this!!!!!!!!! =) (As we've discussed before! ;))

Two thoughts on that date that still hasn't been claimed, October 19 -- If you need a pinch hitter, let me know, and/or you could also make it a free-for-all, letting anyone who happens to have some time on their hands that day and feels up to the task throw in an extra review.

Although I do hope someone comes along and grabs it! The more, the merrier! I just want to see every day have something and this whole fest be a huge success! :)
