Date: 2026-02-25 06:46 pm (UTC)Raven of the Inner Palace's been on my TBR for years, and I finally got around to it. I see where the comparisons to Apothecary Diaries are coming from, it's rather apt in that they solve mysteries around the inner court, but Raven's a lot more supernatural and I'm really enjoying how the protagonist is slowly opening up to others.

10. Seven No-Trump, another Crossroads Adventure gamebook, this time set in Roger Zelazny's Amber setting. So far, well-written but not very gamelike.

Date: 2026-02-25 07:58 pm (UTC)Finally picked up What it feels like for a girl again, after leaving it languishing on my bookshelf for a month (oops). Read about 60 pages or so on some long bus journeys I've been taking and I will count that as a win for this week!
