I can *so* understand this! I listened to Andy's version of "The Hobbit" and it was absolutely amazing. I could do with a re-read of "The Silmarillion" but it's just too dense and complicated to tackle as an audiobook as a non-native speaker. You have to draw the line somewhere to keep your sanity :)
