I finished (re)reading Bullshit Jobs: A Theory yesterday (Wednesday my time). I browsed Libby for a bit and borrowed Magical/Realism but haven't started.

Still reading How to Solve Your Own Murder during SSR [sustained silent reading] at work - I want my students to see me reading a "real" book so they know I'm not just checking my email or scrolling Instagram on my phone because they're not allowed to use their tablets during SSR time (print books or dedicated ereaders only).

Slowly making my way through About A Place in the Kinki Region. Not sure what I think about it, even though the mystery of what's going on is interesting.

I'm reading a bunch of things!:

- La vida es hoy by Gladys Marin (mostly during my commute)
- Poemas Clandestinos by Roque Dalton (this is poetry so I pick it up whenever)
- Poesía combatiente (a poetry anthology)(that I also pick up whenever)

And rereading a couple more:

- The Long Game by Rachel Reid (which I probably need to stop rereading, it's becoming ridiculous)
- Bloodlines by Richelle Mead (idk man I felt like going back to 2013 for a bit)

Ready to start "The Crone Zone" by Nina Bargiel. How to get older with style, nerve, and a little bit of magic.

At my age, I am already 25 years past the big change but I can't resist seeing her take on old age.

I am listening to audiobook version of The Killing Stones by Ann Cleeves which is part of the Shetland detective series. Also, The Beat Goes On by Ian Rankin which is an omnibus of Inspector Rebus short stories. I just finished an excellent audiobook version of Tokyo Express by Seisho Matsumoto; it's a modern Japanese police procedural.

too many things at once but I just finished Stay for a Spell (cozy romantasy) that was very good and I'm about to finish Hazlethorn (YA horror) also quite good
