I am rereading Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents. It's very relevant to my family of origin. It does lean heavily into dichotomies though (people are emotionally mature/immature, externalisers/internalisers) so it's definitely a book to pick and choose tidbits from rather than accept wholesale.

I read that one earlier this year and agree that it was one for me where I didn't find all of the info fit my family situation but some was helpful in recalibrating my expectations.
